This policy explains how Pay Time handles your information, and how this website and support email differ from the app.

Who is responsible
Pay Time is developed by César Augusto Sánchez Acevedo. For privacy questions or requests, contact ptr.cesarsanchez@gmail.com.
Financial information in the app
You choose the income, expenses, payments, debts and dates you enter. These records are stored locally on your device and used to calculate your budget, payment history and debt balances. Pay Time does not require an account or a bank connection, and does not send your budget records to the developer’s servers.
Permissions and reminders
Notifications are optional and used for local payment reminders you enable. You can change reminder options in the app and revoke notification permission in iPhone Settings. Choosing not to enable notifications does not prevent you from using the budget.
Backups and files you choose to share
Exporting creates a file containing your records. You choose where to save or share it using your device’s file and sharing options. If you choose iCloud Drive or another provider, that provider handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy. Device-level backups are also controlled by your operating system and your settings. Pay Time does not operate a cloud backup or bank synchronization service.
Retention, deletion and control
Local records remain on your device until you remove them or delete the app and its local data. Offloading an app may preserve its data. Copies in exported files, device backups or other locations must be deleted separately. The developer cannot access, retrieve or delete records stored only on your device.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use that information to respond and resolve your request, and retain messages only as needed for support and any applicable obligations. Email is handled through Gmail. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence at ptr.cesarsanchez@gmail.com; deletion may be limited where records must be retained. Do not send bank credentials or a financial backup unless you decide it is necessary after discussing the issue.
Advertising and tracking
Pay Time has no advertising and does not sell your financial records. This website includes no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or forms that collect your information. The language selector uses separate page links; it does not require tracking cookies.
Website hosting and external services
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Opening an email link or an external link uses the service you select. Those services have their own privacy practices; see the Cloudflare and Google privacy links below.
Changes to this policy
We will publish updates on this page and change the date above when our practices change. Contact support if you have questions about this policy.
